Thank you for your interest in our chile! Our Chile Pods, Crushed Chile (Caribe), and Powder come from the renowned Hatch Valley in New Mexico. Were proud to offer you these delicious products! 

This region is famous for producing some of the best green and red chile in the world, known for its unique flavors and quality. 


Our Estancia New Mexico Pinto Beans are Fresh 2024 New Crop! Pinto Beans in New Mexico are harvested in the end of September to early October depending on weather conditions. We get a restock of beans from Estancia Farms every other week. However, this year's crop of 2024 Pinto Beans were harvested in the end of September.


Unfortunately, at this time we do NOT ship fresh or frozen Hatch green chile. Although, we can't provide fresh or frozen chile , we do have a variety of Hatch Green Chile available for shipping.


 We have multiple ways to access our online store for your convenience whether to get a gift for a friend or treat yourself with some Southwest goodies then we have you covered!!

  1. Home Page (Option 1) : Press/Click the Orange Icon Button that reads "SHOP NOW"
  2. Home Page (Option 2) :
    1. Desktop Users; Click "SHOP" in the upper right hand corner
    2. Mobile Users; Press the icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top right hand corner, Select the row that reads "Shop"
  3. You are now able to browse through the online store and add items into your cart
  4. Finished Shopping? In your Shopping Cart press "CHECKOUT"
  5. First, enter your customer information (email and phone number)
  6. After, Select either In-Person Pickup or Shipping Address (if shipping is selected, fill out all the address information)
  7. Then, Click "CONTINUE" (if shipping is selected, shipping price is calculated afterwards)
  8. There is an optional space to leave a message or note to a friend or loved on if you're sending a gift
  9. Next, enter your preferred choice of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or PayPal) and Billing Address if required. **All transactions are secure and your credit card information in never stored.**
    1. At this time please double-check that ALL of your information is correct; you will NOT be able to go back and change it after the order is placed.
  10. Afterwards, Select "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER".
  11. Finally, your Order Confirmation number will display on your screen and you have successfully placed your order!


When you complete your order after check out, your screen will refresh and direct you to a new page displaying your Order Number (Ex. #R123456789 ). This is your order confirmation you will receive an email in addition, after your order has been shipped. 


Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on the mail carrier's website. 


The email will read:

"From: The Fruit Basket Abq and/or johng@thefruitbasket.com

Subject: Your Order from The Fruit Basket Abq  is shipping"


**If you don't see your email please check your email's Spam/Junk Folder; if there is still no email please feel free to call or email for an update on your order.**


We only ship in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and use FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our online orders; you will receive an email with the tracking and mail carrier information.

 Although, we don't ship internationally, for our U.S. Military servicemen and women, we ARE able to ship overseas and internationally to the U.S. Armed Forces (Americas, Europe, and Pacific) via USPS.


If your residential address does NOT receive packages from the United States Postal Service (USPS) please additionally provide your P.O. Box # in the Secondary Address Line provided in the Shipping Address Section labeled (Apt, Unit, Suite, etc.).


 **This does NOT guarantee your package will be shipped via USPS but, it will help the process and ensure that your packages are efficiently shipped to you. **


  • For Desktop Users, there will be a magnifying glass in the top right hand corner; press the icon and type in the product you are looking for, then click the icon or press enter.


  • For Mobile Users, there will be an icon in the top right hand corner (3 horizontal lines); press the icon. A new screen display will show and the 7th line from the top should display a magnifying glass with the words "Search Products", click the box and type in the product you are looking for and then press the icon or press enter/search.
